Revision of ARR is the ultimate aim. In developing the draft document to its current state it has been recognised that there is a need to invest in the publication methodology, particularly in reconciling between alternative publication approaches of hard-copy vs electronic, and the dissemination of information inclusive of data necessary for implementation of the recommended approaches.
